GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. This includes; Any and all of our public and private Facebook Groups, membership to The Sanctuary Facebook Group, any and all mailing lists, any and all of our Social Media accounts should you not comply with our Terms and Conditions.

LEGAL DISCLAIMER

Every effort has been made to represent all programs and their potential accurately. Any claims made of actual results can be verified upon written request. The testimonials and examples used are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone achieves the same or similar results. By law, we cannot guarantee that you achieve any results or earn any money from our programs. Each individual's success depends on his or her own background, dedication, desire and motivation. Because these factors differ according to each individual, we cannot guarantee your success, income level or results. You alone are responsible for your actions and results.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-COMPETE

You, as the customer and client hereby understands that the tools, processes, strategies, materials and information presented in these courses, membership groups and one-on-one coaching programs are confidential, copyrighted, and proprietary to Jessica Serran and theBECOMING and agrees not to record, duplicate, distribute, teach or train from Jessica Serran and/or theBECOMING materials in any manner whatsoever without the express written permission of Jessica Serran. Any unauthorized use or distribution of these proprietary concepts, materials, and intellectual property by you or your representatives is prohibited, and Jessica Serran, owner of theBECOMING, may pursue legal action and full damages if these terms are violated in order to protect its rights.

RIGHTS FOR TERMINATION

Rights for termination from any of our online courses or coaching programs include: not complying with the Terms and Conditions outlined here, not respecting the processes of other artists, unprofessional behaviour, sharing course information: logins, passwords and course content, copyright infringement, inappropriate comments and behaviour, lack of respect for any and all employees, facilitators, Ambassadors of Becoming, freelancers, Jessica Serran and theBECOMING team members, not honouring your payment schedule, and any other reasons at the discretion of Jessica Serran and theBECOMING. Safety and respecting the process and artistic output of all artists is the highest value and priority of Jessica Serran and theBECOMING.

PAYMENTS

We only accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. The reference THEBECOMING.ART or JESSICASERRAN.COM will appear on your credit card statement.

theBECOMING COURSES POLICY

If you are purchasing a 5-Day Mini-Course, an 8-Day Email Course, a Downloadable Guide, a Homestudy E-Course, Webinar, Lecture or Masterclass, instructions on how to download the course or get started shall be provided immediately. Due to the nature of these products, once purchased, are non-refundable.

• I agree to immediately move forward with the financial commitment of the program according to the payment option I have chosen on the corresponding Sales Page.

• I agree to make payments on time, on the same date each month according to the start date of the Recurring Monthly Payment Plan (if that option is selected) and according to these Terms and Conditions.

• I understand that payments are non-refundable and that a refund is only possible within 14 days of the start date of the program if an emergency arises further if I am dissatisfied with the content of the program that I can request a refund in writing and per the Refund Policy as outlined below.

• To provide Jessica Serran and theBECOMING with a testimonial at the end of the coaching program and provide permission for it to be used publicly along with my name, initials and or website (optional) and a photograph (optional).

• I agree not to reproduce or distribute the program materials to anyone.

• I have read the policies provided here and agree to participate fully in the course/program I have registered for, make all payments on time, and to show up 100% in this program in every possible way. I acknowledge that how you do one thing is how you do everything, and I am willing to demonstrate my understanding of this throughout this program. I understand that Jessica Serran or any of the Ambassadors of Becoming are not licensed therapists, legal advisors, or financial advisors and that I am responsible for all my thoughts, feelings and actions. It is my responsibility to ask questions and request clarification on anything that I don't understand. I am committed to doing everything I need to do to get 100% from this program.

ALL PRIVATE, ONE-ON-ONE COACHING PROGRAMS

By paying the deposit on this program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• I agree to immediately move forward with the financial commitment of the program as outlined in the contract I have signed, including a Non-Refundable Deposit.

• I agree to make payments on time, as outlined in theBECOMING Artist Landing Page and or the Signed Contract, these Terms and Conditions and through our conversations and email exchanges.

• I understand that the initial deposit is non-refundable and that a refund may only be requested in writing within 14 days of its payment and only in the event of an emergency. If I am for any reason dissatisfied with the content of the course, cancellation of future payments can only be made at the end of each semester of coaching, providing proof that you have engaged fully with all course content, completed assignments, completed all Inspired Action Steps and attended all one-on-one coaching calls. If requested, we will discuss and review the refund request at that time. All payments made for the previous semesters are non-refundable.

• I agree not to reproduce or distribute the program materials.

• I agree to provide Jessica Serran and theBECOMING with a testimonial at the end of the coaching program and give permission for it to be used publicly along with my name, initials and or website (optional) and a photograph.

• I have read the policies provided herein and agree to participate fully in the program, make all payments on time, and to show up 100% in this program in every possible way. I acknowledge that how you do one thing is how you do everything, and I am willing to demonstrate my understanding of this throughout this program. I understand that Jessica Serran is not a licensed therapist, legal advisor, or financial advisor and that I am responsible for all my thoughts, feelings and actions. It is my responsibility to ask questions and request clarification on anything that I don't understand. I further recognize that uncomfortable feelings may rise to the surface throughout the program and that it is my responsibility to inform Jessica Serran of any such experience so that we can work through them together. I am committed to doing everything I need to do to get 100% from my coaching relationship and this coaching program.

theBECOMING MASTERMIND, BA3: BREAK FREE AND GO PRO, BA4: LEARN TO LEAD

By paying the First Monthly Installment or the Full Payment on this program, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• To immediately move forward with the financial commitment of the program according to the payment option I have chosen on the corresponding Sales Page.

• To make payments on time, as outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Terminating payments mid-program is not an option.

• To not reproduce or distribute the program materials.

• That all payments are non-refundable and that a refund may only be requested in writing within 14 days of its payment and only in the event of an emergency. If I am for any reason dissatisfied with the content of the course after having engaged fully in all course content, completed assignments and attended all Group Coaching Calls that I may request to discuss and review such reason(s) for a refund at the end of the 6-Month Period.

• To provide Jessica Serran and theBECOMING with a testimonial at the end of the coaching program and provide permission for it to be used publicly along with my name, initials and or website (optional) and a photograph (optional).

• I have read the policies provided here and agree to participate fully in the program, make all payments on time, and to show up 100% in this program in every possible way. I acknowledge that how you do one thing is how you do everything, and I am willing to demonstrate my understanding of this throughout this program. I understand that Jessica Serran is not a licensed therapist, legal advisor, or financial advisor and that I alone am responsible for all my thoughts, feelings and actions. It is my responsibility to ask questions and to request clarification on anything that I don't understand. I further recognize that uncomfortable feelings may rise to the surface throughout the program and that it is my responsibility to inform Jessica Serran of any such experience so that we can work through them together. I am committed to doing everything I need to do to get 100% from my coaching relationship and this coaching program.

theBECOMING REFUND POLICY

We are confident that any artist who fully completes all course content from any of our programs can experience significant shifts in their creative output, confidence, art career and disposition towards being an artist. This applies to all 5-Day Mini-Courses, all 8-Day Email Courses, all Downloadable Guides, all Homestudy E-Courses and Products, all Webinars, all Lectures, and all of our Core Programs (Keep Your Ass in the Studio, Make Your Art Matter, Step Onto An International Stage, Kick That Starving Artist Mentality to the Curb, Exhibit Your Art in the Most Miraculous Ways, Create More Cash, Strut Your Stuff Online, theBECOMING Artist Mastermind, Break Free & Go Pro, Learn to Lead and Create Your Own Online E-Course, Create Your Way to 60K, Become Internationally Known).

If you have completed all the course content, (as evidenced in your Tracked Progress on our course membership platform/portal and/or in your Downloadable and Printable Workbooks where applicable), have engaged fully in our Facebook Groups (according to which program you're in) and are still not satisfied at the end of the course, you and Jessica Serran may schedule an appointment to discuss a request for refund.

If it is clear and evident that you did complete all course content and the course still did not deliver the results that were promised (according to the corresponding Sales Pages that you purchased the course through), you may receive a refund for the course. In the case of a course consisting of more than one semester of content, a refund is only eligible for the semester(s) that you did not receive the specified results.

GROUP COACHING CALLS AND RECORDINGS POLICY

Group Coaching Calls, Lectures, LiveStream Office Hours and Roundtable Discussions are all recorded. By being on one of these calls/webinars/lectures, you agree to be recorded when you speak. You maintain the option and the right to listen and not speak. Recordings in part or whole may be transcribed or used by Jessica Serran and or theBECOMING for the production of written, audio, or video materials; for courses; or for training and evaluation of Jessica Serran, Ambassadors of Becoming, or Becoming Artist Facilitators by mentor coaches or for credentialing examinations. On occasion, some recordings may be used for marketing purposes. Permission is given for the confidential use of these recordings to Jessica Serran and theBECOMING for any of these purposes. By being on the Group Coaching Calls/lectures/webinars/LiveStream Office Hours, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Please make a note of, and respect our "10 Minute Call Start Policy". If no students show up within 10 minutes of the start of the call, Jessica or any of our Trained Facilitators shall end the call.
